This Privacy Policy explains how Multi Login Browser ("the App") handles information when you use its multi-profile browser and related features.
Multi Login Browser keeps browser profiles on your device. Saved information can include profile names and colors, settings, normal tabs and their session state, history, bookmarks, site permissions, download records, and website cookies and storage used for sign-ins.
The developer does not operate an account or cloud-sync service that receives your saved profile data. Version 1.0.4 does not include developer advertising, analytics, or automatic crash-upload integrations. This does not mean that browsing or the browser services described below work without network connections.
Saved information supports separate website accounts, tab restoration, bookmarks, history, site preferences, and downloads. Profiles are local browser containers; creating a profile does not create an account with the developer. Website accounts and credentials are governed by the websites where you use them.
When you visit a website or submit a search, the destination receives the request and the information needed to provide its service, such as your network address, browser information, search terms, cookies, and information you choose to submit. Websites can use their own advertising, analytics and other services. Their privacy policies apply to that activity.
The App uses Mozilla GeckoView to display websites. Each normal profile has its own website cookie and storage context. Cookies and website storage can keep you signed in. You can clear selected browsing data or delete a profile through the App. A website may expire or revoke a sign-in independently of these controls.
You can manage website permissions in the App and device permissions in Android Settings. Denying optional access can prevent the associated website feature from working. Android's location, credential/autofill, document, sharing and printing services may process information under the policies of the provider you choose.
GeckoView can connect to Mozilla and Google services to retrieve security settings, certificate information, blocklists and Safe Browsing threat lists. Safe Browsing can send a URL-derived hash prefix to check a possible threat; this is different from sending the App's history database. These services receive network request information, including the source IP address and requested resource. They operate under their providers' policies.
Page translation runs on the device. When you choose translation, the browser may download the required language models and related metadata. Page text is processed locally for translation.
The App may offer Google Play's optional review dialog. If you submit a rating or review, Google Play handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. A public review can be visible on Google Play; you can manage or delete it through your Google Play or Google account.
More information: Mozilla privacy information, Safe Browsing in Mozilla browsers, Google Privacy Policy, and Google Play review data handling.
If you choose to export a backup, the App creates a password-encrypted archive of its saved data. This is a whole-app backup and can include persistent website sign-ins for multiple profiles. It is not a guarantee that every website login or temporary session will work after restoration. Restoring replaces the App's current saved data and requires a restart.
You choose the archive destination through Android's document picker. A destination may be local storage or a cloud provider that you have configured. The archive is encrypted before it is written to that destination. The developer does not receive the archive or its password through a backup service. Protect both the archive and your password; anyone who has both may be able to restore your saved accounts. The developer cannot recover a forgotten backup password.
When you deliberately share a link or PDF, upload a file, or save a download, the selected website, application or document provider handles that action under its own policies. Backups, downloaded files and shared documents outside app storage can remain after you clear browsing data, delete a profile or uninstall the App.
Private tabs use a separate private browsing context. Their tab records, browsing history and download records are not saved in the App's normal profile database. Private website sessions are discarded when those private tabs are closed or the browser process ends.
Private browsing does not hide your activity from websites, your network or internet provider. Files you intentionally download or share, and information submitted to a website, can remain outside the private tab.
The developer does not sell your personal data or send your local profile database to an advertising or analytics service. Network requests to websites and browser services, and exports or sharing you choose, are described above. The App does not give the developer remote access to your saved website accounts.
Normal browser data is retained locally to support the features you use until you clear selected data, delete the relevant profile, or remove app data through Android. This version disables Android's automatic app-data backup and device transfer; explicit encrypted exports are a separate feature.
The developer cannot delete information held by independent websites or service providers. Their retention periods and deletion procedures are governed by their own policies. Contact us if you have a question about information you have sent directly to us, such as a support email.
We take reasonable steps to protect data within the app environment. HTTPS websites encrypt their network connections; ordinary HTTP websites do not. A password-encrypted backup protects the exported archive, but does not make all browsing traffic encrypted or replace device security. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the developer.
We may update this policy as the App changes. Updates will be reflected by the effective date above.
